One name is Rajeevan, and the other one is charmitha. Is there any specific meaning in those names?

Famous uses of the name include one of the leading art directors of the Indian film industry, mostly with the Tamil film industry and the Malayalam film industry. Charmitha seems to be a name associated with the Bollywood industry.
