behindthename.com is the most accurate website I have found. They have a lot of information about names including their meaning, origin, and usage. They also have message boards with lots of name savvy women that are willing to help you find the perfect name and give you great constructive criticism.
Most other websites I have found have incorrect meanings and origins for most of their names so be careful.
