My big sister is having a baby and we are of an italian background. my favourite names are:
Girls
Stella Maria
Trilby Susanna
Fiorenza Giorgetta
Boys
Emilio Luigi
Paolo Stephano
Carlo Alessandro
But what do they mean?
Meaning of italian names?
Stella - Star
Maria - Bitter
Trilby - I don't know the meaning (sorry)
Susanna - Lily; Rose
Fiorenza - Blossoming flower
Giorgetta - Earth Worker
Emilio - Rival; Emulating
Luigi - Fame; War
Paolo - Small; Humble
Stephano - Crown
Carlo - Free man
Alessandro - Defending men
I happen to be half Italian myself, and I think Italian names are some of the prettiest. Tell your sister congratulations =]
Reply:do you really want to give the baby 2 names? that's a bit more Spanish like than Italian. honestly I don't really like them. especially the girl names.. i would hate to have such names. sorry if this upsets you..just being honest.

Reply:Stella means star.
Carlo is obviously carlos or carl.
Alessandro is actually spanish or italian and it means alexander.
Fiorenza means flourish or flowers.
That's the most I know, sorry. I hope its somewhat helpful.
