Can anyone please tell me the meaning of names of Khrisha & Khanika...its urgent.?

I have a daughter to be named with letter J or KH. She is 15 days old..still searching for a good name....

Can anyone please tell me the meaning of names of Khrisha %26amp; Khanika...its urgent.?
I am afraid neither names are very suitable. Khrisha means skinny (not in a good way as slim but more like sickly underweight) and Khanika means one who is tiny or atomic.


There are plenty of beautiful names with J like Jahnavi (Ganga) or Jharna (waterfall), Jiya (life) etc. I am not sure if you want a name with K or Kh. A few names that I love with K are Kriti or Kruti (famous), Keya (a flower and perfume), Krittvika ( a constillation) etc.
Reply:Seeing the names that you've written here are Khrishna and Khanika, I'm thinking you must be a Hindu or a Buddhist, right?





Perhaps you shouldn't stick to such traditional names as your daughter is born in such a modernized time. I'm not saying it's a bad thing (traditions are a good thing- I have a traditional name myself) but mayhap you could consider other names?
