For instance, Monster, Inc. - does this one means Monster Incorporated or Monster Incorporation? I'm a little confused because what i know is that incorporated is the proper one but i was able to talk to a few people that says incorporation.

Inc. means incorporated. Incorporation is more the process... incorporated is the act completed.
